No win, no fee. No monthly bill.
You don't pay a cent unless we get you money back.
We find the money you're owed — flight compensation, refunds, forgotten subscriptions. When it comes back to you, we keep a small share: 25% of flight compensation and 20% of everything else. No win, no fee. No monthly bill.
Save a lot every year? Reclamly Plus is $9/month with no fees. How pricing works
Reclamly reads your email for delayed flights, forgotten subscriptions, free trials about to convert and return deadlines. We draft the claim or cancellation; you check it and send it from your own email.
We never promise an amount. Every estimate says “up to” and shows the rule it comes from.
What it looks for
✈️ Delayed or cancelled flights
Canada (APPR): up to $400, $700 or $1,000 CAD from large airlines for delays of 3–6, 6–9 or 9+ hours within the airline's control ($125–$500 from small airlines). EU (EU261): up to €250, €400 or €600 depending on distance. UK (UK261): up to £220, £350 or £520. Also Türkiye, India and Brazil, with the Montreal Convention elsewhere. US: a reminder that refunds for cancelled flights should be automatic (no fee from us).
🔁 Subscriptions and free trials
Recurring charges, price increases, things you don't seem to use any more, and free trials about to turn into paid plans. We draft the cancellation email and remind you before a trial converts.
📦 Return windows and price drops
Return deadlines, warranty end dates and price-adjustment windows from your order emails, with reminders.
How it works
- 1
We read your receipts, bookings and airline notices (in this demo: a fake inbox).
- 2
We check each one against the published rules and show what's likely, possible or unlikely, and why.
- 3
We draft the letter or email. You review it and send it yourself, from your own inbox.
- 4
If money arrives, you tell us and show proof. Only then is a fee charged, and you can ask for a review.
You don't pay a cent unless we get you money back.
Free to join. We keep a small share only when money actually reaches you: 25% of flight compensation and 20% of everything else. No win, no fee. No monthly bill.

What we don't do
- ✕ We don't file claims for you or represent you in a dispute: you send the claim yourself. For flight compensation you sign a payment authorization, so the airline pays us as your payment agent and we pass the money on.
- ✕ We aren't lawyers and nothing here is legal advice.
- ✕ We don't promise outcomes. Airlines can and do say no.
- ✕ We don't sell your data.
You can always do this for free
Airlines have their own claim forms and there are free guides. Reclamly saves you the searching, the maths and the writing.
Questions people ask
How much does Reclamly cost?
It's free to join. When money actually reaches you, we keep 25% of flight compensation and 20% of refunds and price drops; cancelled subscriptions are 20% of 6 months of the saving, capped per cancellation. No win, no fee. People who save a lot can choose Reclamly Plus instead.
Do you send claims for me?
No. We find what you may be owed and draft the claim or cancellation. You review it and send it yourself from your own email or the company's form.
How do I get paid for a flight claim?
Before you send a flight claim you sign a short payment authorization. Your letter then asks the airline to pay Reclamly's client funds account, which only holds travellers' money, with your reference. When the money arrives we keep our fee (25%, or less if a waiver applies) and send you the rest automatically within 5 business days by bank deposit, or Interac e-Transfer in Canada, with a receipt and an email at every step.
What if the airline pays me directly?
That's fine. Tell us it arrived and we charge the same fee to the card you saved when you signed up, no sooner than 72 hours later, with "Request a review" next to it. No money, no fee.
What if the airline refuses?
We draft a reminder and a rule-based push-back automatically, then prefill a complaint to the regulator (the CTA in Canada, the EU national enforcement body, the UK CAA or US DOT) for you to submit in one click. If only a court could get the money, we tell you and flag it for a future partner law firm. We don't go to court or act as your lawyer.
Which flight rules do you check?
Canada's APPR, EU261 (also in Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland), UK261, the US DOT refund rule, Türkiye's SHY-YOLCU, India's DGCA rules and Brazil's ANAC rules, with the Montreal Convention as the fallback for other international flights.
Can I claim without Reclamly?
Yes. Airlines have their own claim forms and regulators offer free complaint routes. Reclamly saves you the searching, the maths and the writing.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your data.
